1984, Bill Cabaniss came home.
"People grow up and
leave their rural roots," he
says. "But a lot of them return after they've finished their careers and
retire. People do go home again, especially to rural areas. It's a good setting

Adam
Cureton, Class of 2003
Adam, a UGA Foundation Fellow, will graduate in May with a bachelor's
degree in political theory and evolutionary theory. At the same
time he will be awarded a master's degree in philosophy, having
accomplished all degrees in four years time. In
December, Adam became the 19th student from the University of
Georgia to be named a Rhodes Scholar. He hails from Kingsport,
Tennessee.
