Tonight, The UGA Symphony Orchestra performs its penultimate concert of the year in Hodgson Concert Hall at 8 p.m.:

Under the batons of Mark Cedel, director of the orchestra, and Claudine Gamache, D.M.A. Conducting student, the UGASO will perform works from Brahms, Karl Goldmark and Stravinsky.

CORE Concert: 'A World of Difference'

This week, the dance department's CORE Concert Contemporary and Aerial Dance Company will present its annual 2017 season performance Feb. 22-25 at 8 p.m. at the New Dance Theatre in the dance building. The company will premiere "A World of Difference," a 65-minute nonstop aerial dance and multimedia performance:

UGA Opera Theatre present "Don Giovanni"

Mozart's classic take on the Don Juan legend is UGA Opera Theatre's spring production in the Fine Arts Theatre, with three performances on February 10 and 11 at 8 p.m. and February 12 at 3 p.m.

Audiences will recognize many of the performers from recent performances with the UGA Symphony Orchestra, the Hodgson School’s Choral area and even the Theatre and Film Studies department, with which the lead of “Don Giovanni,” Isaiah Feken, performed as the titular Sweeney Todd last semester.
