Students can choose from a variety of classes each semester. During the spring or fall, students should select 4 courses. All students are required to take Art History 3020. They can select 3 additional classes from those offered. During the summer, students can take 3 classes. They are highly encouraged to take Art History 3020 as it is such an important part of the program. Non-studio majors who have not completed Drawing I, Color Theory, 2-D and 3-D Design can choose from Ceramics, Jewelry, and Paper Making/Book Arts. During the spring semester, several Creative Writing courses are offered. During May and June, three Maymester programs are scheduled to be offered - Science, Viticulture/Enology, and Drama.

Some classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
