Julie Rothschild began studying modern dance in 1983 at Western Reserve Academy in Hudson, OH and continued her studies at Colorado College and Ohio State University. She has worked with the Prairie Wind Dancers, aha! Dance Theatre, Miki Liszt Dance Company, Zen Monkey Project, Live Arts Theatre and the Liz Lerman Dance Exchange. She has been teaching modern and creative dance to students ranging in age and ability in a variety of settings for the last 12 years. Julie currently teaches modern dance and contact improvisation at Canopy Studio and performs locally with Warehouse Collective.
