Audition Form

All dancers seeking entrance to the Department of Dance as intended majors (freshman) or as transfer students (sophomore, junior) during the 2009-2010 year are required to submit the Audition Form (including a 200-250 word statement of purpose for majoring in dance and a photograph) no later than one week before the desired audition date.
