Assistant to the Director

Diane supports the Franklin Business Services Office and assists the Sr. Financial Director with special projects.  She is responsible for conducting the monthly and quarterly close out process, the journal error monitoring process as well as other routing monitoring processes. Diane serves as the lead for security and new department ID requests and is responsible for all access requests for Franklin College.  She also manages special awards given to faculty and staff within the college (FYO, eCore, Sandy Beaver, GradFirst & M.G. Michael Awards) and is responsible for creating all speedtypes, chartfield1, combo codes and deposit detail codes.
