This position assists the Monitoring, Advising, and Training Support (MATS) lead with fiscal oversight and monitoring of the Franklin College operating funds, department sale and services funds, indirect cost recovery funds as well as sponsored and restricted funds. This position will assist with evaluating and resolving complex budgetary and financial issues and will be responsible for conducting the monthly and quarterly close out process, the journal error monitoring process as well as other routing monitoring process. This position will serve as the lead for security and new department ID requests for the Franklin College and will manage other special awards given to faculty and staff in the college (CURO, FYO, etc.).
As Business Manager for the Franklin College Budget Office, Diane is the budget representative for Art, Biochemistry, the Center for Metalloenzyme Studies, Genetics, Marine Sciences, Mathematics, Plant Biology, Romance Languages and Sociology.
