Departmental Equipment Requests

We have established an on-line system for handling equipment requests, which you can access at:

https://ssl.franklin.uga.edu/equipreq/

You will need a password to enter the system. If you have forgotten your password, contact Melissa Taylor-Antis at 2-1561. We will provide the password to department heads and office managers only. It is the responsibility of the department head to safeguard the password and prevent misuse.

Include specific brand names and model numbers and accurate prices for the items you need. Try to use current prices for the items you request. Because we're planning to provide for regular replacement of classroom and lab computers that are more than three years old, please do not include those computers in your request. 

You may enter as many items as you wish, and prioritize them according to your specific needs. However, please be realistic about your requests.
