African Studies
Institute
The certificate program in African Studies is designed to provide students
with both a general knowledge of Africa and an understanding of the socioculture
of specific regions through the study of geography, history, language, literature,
religion, and other subjects.

Center For Asian
Studies
The Center for Asian Studies promotes and guides academic programs and exchanges
on Asia for students and faculty. Programs focus mainly on East Asian (China,
Japan, and Korea) language and area studies.

Latin American
and Caribbean Studies Institute
The Latin American and Caribbean Studies Institute coordinates interdisciplinary
research, curriculum offerings, and public programs which deal with Latin American
and the Caribbean. The Institute offers a major and a certificate in Latin American and Caribbean Studies.
