As Director of Budget and Finance, my responsibilities include the following:

Dean's Office

• Oversight responsibility for the Franklin College Budget Office and its processes
• Financial consultant to the Dean and Associate Deans in the Franklin College
• Development and ongoing maintenance of the annual budget in the Franklin College
• Liaison between the Franklin College and university level budgetary entities
• Active supporter of the College's move from paper to electronic systems

Academic Departments

• Consultant to academic department heads on financial matters involving the College
• Working closely with office managers and departmental accountants to develop financial processes between departments and the College
• Develop reports of College level financial information to assist departments in their understanding of the budget processes
• Consulting in supplemental budget allocations for departments

Professional Involvement

• Council of Colleges of Arts and Sciences
