Blue Key Blue Key honors juniors, seniors and graduate students for outstanding performance in scholarship, leadership, and service to the University of Georgia, as described in its mission statement: The University of Georgia Blue Key Chapter promotes
leadership on the campus and throughout the state of Georgia
by recognizing leaders and facilitating their interaction. In this
capacity, the chapter selects students who have displayed exemplary
leadership qualities and academic commitment while attending The
University of Georgia, and it works with the University administration
to recognize other distinguished leaders off campus who have made
extraordinary contributions to the state and nation.
Students may be nominated to Blue Key by the deans, the athletic association staff, student affairs staff, honors program staff, student activities, and current Blue Key members. We have been asked to supply the following information for every student that we nominate:
