All students are invited to attend the free Discovery Showcase for Majors, Minors, Certificate Programs and Double Dawgs Pathway program. The Discovery Showcase seeks to guide students on their major and career paths at UGA. See a full list of participants at https://ovpi.uga.edu/initiatives/majors-fair/.
This event is hosted by the Office of Global Engagement to make students aware of upcoming study away programs.   
Come meet nearly 200 registered student organizations and resources for getting involved at UGA.  
At the UGA New Student Resource Fair, different schools and colleges along with academic departments are on hand to help students get to know their new home. Students enjoy music and food, pick up a few give-a-ways and win prizes, and leave with loads of information. This event is open to all incoming students and is intended to complement events provided by programs and colleges.
Event participants can learn more about on-campus student jobs within the UGA Bookstore, Dining Services, Golf Course, and Transportation and Parking while enjoying cookies from UGA Dining Services, incentives, and giveaways at the event. To stay informed about Auxiliary student employment opportunities, fill out the interest form. 
Study Abroad and Field Study program directors and representatives will be on hand to offer students information about their 2020 programs. Sandwiches and light refreshments served, and Hairy Dawg will be on hand during the first hour for photos.  
Connect with other students and jump into career planning at the Acadmeic and Professional Organizations Mini Involvement Fair. Meet with students from a variety of pre-professional or subject area-related student organizations and learn about opportunities to gain experience in that area of focus. Student organizations will be tabling, and there will be music from WUOG 90.5 FM.     
Meet with recruiters seeking students or alumni to fill both internship and full time opportunities. Please dress professionally, and bring resume copies. Shuttles will run from campus to the Classic Center between 11:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Bus stops include Memorial Hall, Bio-Chemistry, Physics, across from the Main Library, and the Classic Center.
Local Athens community partners will be available to talk about volunteer opportunities their organizations provide to UGA students.
