Films in Key West: “Matinee”

In conjunction with the exhibition “Avocation to Vocation: Prints by F. Townsend Morgan.” Join the Georgia Museum of Art for films discussed by scholars, filmmakers and students. Each film will include a 15-minute introduction by a guest speaker and short conversations about the film following the screening.

In "Matinee," a small-time film promoter releases a kitschy horror film during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Directed by Joe Dante and starring John Goodman and Cathy Moriarty. (1993, PG. 99 min.)
