Lobbying Disclosure Forms

Contacts with federal officials that could be construed as lobbying must be reported quarterly.

The completed forms should be sent to J. Griffin Doyle as indicated on the form.

"There are about 4,500 "covered" executive level officials who would trigger the reporting. It would usually involve someone high up in an agency, like an Assistant Under-Secretary, et al. or higher. If a contact is made at a high level like that, the best course of action would be to talk to me and Randy and we will determine if that person is covered."
