Bulletin Changes

This includes revisions in General Information, Contact Information, Degree Requirements, Minors, and Certificate Programs that appear in the current Bulletin.

To submit a request, please follow the steps below:

• Click here to review the information in the current Bulletin pertaining to your unit or program.
• Complete the Curriculum Request Form.
  • When you click on the link above, the form will open in a browser.  You will need to save the form and open in Adobe Acrobat.  This will allow you to complete the fillable form and add your signature.
  • Print out the page(s) and indicate the changes you wish to make in RED ink.  Please make sure any handwritten notations are legible. 
  • Please submit your PDF request to: April Brown at albrown@uga.edu.
• Once the Franklin College Curriculum Committee has reviewed and approved the request, it will then be emailed to the Office of Curriculum Systems and to the Department Head. No further action will be needed.
