9th Annual Gregory Distinguished Lecture: Tiya Miles (Harvard U)

The speaker for the annual Gregory Distinguished lecture is Tiya Miles, who will speak on, " 'This Sack': Reconstructing Enslaved Women's Lives Through Objects."

Miles is professor of History and Radcliffe Alumnae Professor at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study. She is a public historian, academic historian, and creative writer whose work explores the intersections of African American, Native American and women’s histories.
