Mathematics Education is a restricted major admitting only 25 students per semester. To begin the program in the fall semester, a completed application must be submitted by the first Friday in November. To begin the program in the spring semester, a completed application must be submitted by the first Friday in April.

What you will learn

The Mathematics Education program at the University of Georgia offers a nationally accredited program that prepares students to teach mathematics in secondary school (6-12).
